Sold for more than double the guide price!
A former council house in St Ives, Cornwall known as Sunset House has sold at auction for £1.44m, more than double the guide price of £625,000.
The three-bedroom property overlooking Porthmeor Beach went under the hammer at the Allsop auction in London on the 14th of September.
Its former owners, a housing association, say the proceeds will be ploughed into affordable housing.
