If you’re selling a property outside of London, it’s also worth considering the London based national auctioneers, particularly if you are selling an investment, unmodernised or unique property. By selling at a London-national auction the marketing is opened up to a wider audience of prospective buyers, without reducing the level of demand from local buyers who are able to bid by phone, or proxy bid.
